Feeling a little stressed? As part of the Twilight School, we are pleased to have 'Yin Energy Balance' run a series of workshops to help you slow down from
the hectic pace of life. Come along to four Yin Yoga and Meditation classes aimed to help you de-stress your body, mind and spirit.
Classes take place at 6pm on Thursday 25 July, 1 August, 8 August and 15 August inside the beautiful Rupertswood Mansion in Sunbury. They aim at gently targeting your body's connective tissue while you focus inward. Classes will be between 75 and 90 minutes in length and class sizes will be capped so the groups are small and more intimate.
The themes for the sessions will be: self love, relaxation, self care/vitality. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, loosening up tight areas and improving joint health.
The cost is $100 per participant to attend all four Stretch to De-Stress workshops.
Yoga mats will be supplied for each session along with light refreshments afterwards.
