VCE

By offering a large range of VCE and VET studies, Salesian College aims to cater for the needs and aspirations of a very wide range of students. The breadth of VCE subjects offered maximises the number of options open to students, whether their chosen pathway is to University, TAFE or directly to employment.

The supportive yet challenging environment VCE students experience at Salesian College encourages them to develop academically and personally. The vertical VCE curriculum offered at Salesian College, Rupertswood, also allows students to accelerate their learning by completing Unit 3 & 4 studies in Year 11. This is an option chosen by many of the college's VCE students, allowing the possibility of a maximised ENTER score and University Enhancement subjects in Year 12.

VCE subjects offered include : Accounting, Art, Business Management, Drama, Economics, English, Geography, Health and Human Development, History, Languages (Japanese, Italian), Religious Education, Agricultural and Horticultural Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Information Technology, Mathematics, Food and Technology, Design and Technology, Physics and Psychology.
